The paper presents the results of a research aiming at developing a tool that supports travellers on multimodal transport networks with real-time personalized information. The first part describes the general characteristics of such an app, the user needs and the architecture of the system. The second part deals with the modelling framework implemented to provide the best path alternatives from the traveller’s utility point of view. Finally, considerations on operative aspects and some experimental evidences are presented.
