In this paper the results related to the activation of a course on computer aided design, following the passage by old academic organization of Faculty of Engineering of the University of Roma Tor Vergata (quinquennial degree) to the new (3 years basic degree and two years specialistic degree) are presented. The course, belonging to the formative packages of mechanical engineering degree, has been activated on the explicit demand of students and by personal initiative of the Prof. Eugenio Pezzuti.
