The tool CELL presented in this paper is a general purpose CNN simulator for Windows that supports all main kinds of CNN: with space variant and invariant template, single-layered and multi-layered, and with non linear-template. Its graphical user interface allows a full and user-friendly control of the CNN, a real-time monitoring and managing of its evolution, an easy editing of its templates, and the import/export of images in most known formats. Moreover, it provides a scripting functionality that includes all debugging features of most of the state-of-the-art Integrated Development Environments.

Abstract

The tool CELL presented in this paper is a general purpose CNN simulator for Windows that supports all main kinds of CNN: with space variant and invariant template, single-layered and multi-layered, and with non linear-template. Its graphical user interface allows a full and user-friendly control of the CNN, a real-time monitoring and managing of its evolution, an easy editing of its templates, and the import/export of images in most known formats. Moreover, it provides a scripting functionality that includes all debugging features of most of the state-of-the-art Integrated Development Environments.
