The development of potentiometric e-tongue system based on ion-selective electrodes prepared with PVC solvent polymeric membranes doped with new type of acyclic squaramide receptors L1-L5 for fast screening of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, ketoprofen and naproxen, in aqueous media is reported. The e-tongue system has shown the ability of effective discrimination among very similar ketoprofen (KF) and naproxen (NS) drugs, and the possibility to detect these analytes at the concentration as low as 0.7uM, with R-2 of 0.947 and 0.919 NS-Na and KF-Lys, respectively, was shown.

Abstract
The development of potentiometric e-tongue system based on ion-selective electrodes prepared with PVC solvent polymeric membranes doped with new type of acyclic squaramide receptors L1-L5 for fast screening of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, ketoprofen and naproxen, in aqueous media is reported. The e-tongue system has shown the ability of effective discrimination among very similar ketoprofen (KF) and naproxen (NS) drugs, and the possibility to detect these analytes at the concentration as low as 0.7uM, with R-2 of 0.947 and 0.919 NS-Na and KF-Lys, respectively, was shown.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
