How can technology transfer from university to industry generate positive impacts for society? What impacts to consider and how to evaluate them? The study attempts to answer these research questions through the analysis of the collaborative network called "Start Cup Lazio", having particular regard to the identification of performance indicators for the evaluation of economic, socio-ultural and environmental impacts. Lo study adopts the co-evolutionary perspective, providing a substantial contribution to the multidisciplinary debate on the subject of entrepreneurial university.
