We are pleased to introduce these Proceedings of the 2020 IEEE International Conference on Fog Computing (ICFC 202), co-located with the CPS IoT Week that was to be held in Sydney, April 21-24, 2020. This conference takes a broad view of Fog Computing, including computation, connectivity, mobility, sensing and actuation, including both relevant theories, experimental systems and measurements. Unfortunately, the conference's actual meeting has currently been deferred by the organizers of the CPS IoT Week in Sydney, due to the current Coronavirus emergency that has gripped the world. However these proceedings include a set of papers that were accepted after submission by the authors, and thorough refereeing, and they include contributions covering a variety of highly relevant topics such as system architecture for fog computing, the coordination between cloud, fog, and sensing/actuation endpoints, the network connectivity, storage, and computation in the edge, data processing and management for fog computing, efficient and embedded AI in the fog, system and network manageability, middleware and coordination platforms, power, energy, and resource management, hardware support for fog computing, programming models and software engineering for fog computing, security, privacy, and ethics for fog computing, theoretical foundations and formal methods for fog systems, and applications and practical experiences.
