In this paper a closed-form synthesis of distributed networks for harmonic matching is presented. Taking into account the fundamental frequency and its second and third harmonics, all the possible circuital solutions are examined and the synthesis relationships for the optimum solution are inferred. Finally some matching network examples, designed according to the proposed approach, are presented.

Abstract

In this paper a closed-form synthesis of distributed networks for harmonic matching is presented. Taking into account the fundamental frequency and its second and third harmonics, all the possible circuital solutions are examined and the synthesis relationships for the optimum solution are inferred. Finally some matching network examples, designed according to the proposed approach, are presented.
