Abstract
The design and performance of an extremely compact Q-band down-converting module is presented. An alternative new system architecture, composed by an amplifying- multiplying chain and an amplifying-mixing section both integrated in the same 3×2mm2 chip, is introduced: the module operates in the whole 33-50GHz range with an ultra-broadband IF section (1-18GHz). © 2012 ISRAMT.File in questo prodotto:
