New juridical and social concepts are recently emerging relating to bioethics. They have the difficult task to define and include situations and particular cases, which are able to legitimate the widest choices for citizens: especially concerning the definitions of human sexuality and human identity, family, prenatal life and end-of-life situations. Among these, some persistently occur in language and in juridical culture: 1. gender; 2. self-determination; 3. privacy; 4. free law; 5. biopolitics.

Abstract
New juridical and social concepts are recently emerging relating to bioethics. They have the difficult task to define and include situations and particular cases, which are able to legitimate the widest choices for citizens: especially concerning the definitions of human sexuality and human identity, family, prenatal life and end-of-life situations. Among these, some persistently occur in language and in juridical culture: 1. gender; 2. self-determination; 3. privacy; 4. free law; 5. biopolitics.File in questo prodotto:
