Survey on organizational climate to plan change management interventions in a health care structure

"Work and Wellness" is a project started into "Tor Vergata" University Polyclinic in Rome, on the initiative of Occupational Medicine Service and Nurses Coordination. This initiative involves directly all nurse staff to understand the reasons of their discomfort and to find the ways to improve wellness, work methods, service quality. This project, divided into four phases (analysis critical situations and solutions, evaluation and choice of interventions, improve and start laboratory, results evaluations) besides pointing out critical situations, intends to work on possible solutions. Focus group, questionnaire, interviews are the methods we are using to investigate work conditions of nurses, organizational climate in health care structure, and the interventions suggested.
