The interest in psychosocial and organizational problems and in their effects on workers wellness is increasing, and the occupational physician has to pay attention not only to physic risks but to psychosocial and relational too. In 2005, in "Tor Vergata" University Polyclinic in Rome, a Centre for the study and prevention of occupational unsuitableness, was constituted; in particular, it was focused on stress, mobbing and organizational constrictivity, and related discomfort and disorders. In this Centre occupational physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, experts in work organization operate in strict cooperation. The workers are seen in this order: first step medical examination (occupational physician), second step a organizational analysis (expert in work organization), third step psychiatric and psychological examination. In our series, men were more frequently observed than women, and the age range between 45 and 55 years was the most common one. Chronic adjustment disorders was the most frequently diagnosed psychiatric disorder.
