Giovanni Battista Ferri and the civil law lectures on agricultural enterprise and agricultural contracts. Between the history of codification and pages of iuridical dogmatic. Giovanni Battista Ferri, in his vast academic output, also addressed issues of agricultural law. He addressed the issues of agricultural enterprise and agricultural contracts from a civil law perspective. His research was based on the 1942 codification, constantly comparing it with the previous formulations of the 1865 Civil Code and the 1882 Commercial Code. For G.B. The true entrepreneur in agriculture was found in the combined provisions of Articles 811, 832, and 838 of the Civil Code. But civil law lectures on agricultural contracts were an opportunity to explain and highlight the interplay and correlation between norms, concepts, and values. This was a lesson within a lesson from the illustrious jurist, who approached every juridical issue with the passion and elegance of an intellectual conscious of his cultural mission for future generations.
