Mastering civil defence in times of conflict: collective mnonograph

This collective monograph brings together the unique experiences of rescuers, focusing on the organization of Civil Defence and the protection of civilians amid armed hostilities. The materials presented are based on the collection, analysis, and synthesis of real-life interventions conducted by rescue services and university experts operating in conflict zones across Ukraine. Identified weaknesses are examined in detail, accompanied by targeted recommendations to improve the organizational and operational aspects of Civil Defence activities. This work is intended for a broad international audience of Civil Defence professionals and practitioners who share a common commitment to safeguarding human life and ensuring the security of their communities.
