Generative Artificial Intelligence and Metaverse are the key expressions of our age. Expressions that everyone talks about, but which many misunderstand. This essay aims to highlight precisely the elements of continuity and novelty of both dimensions. The basic idea is that – faced with an increasingly intense integration between body-mind and AI – it is necessary to move from a new paradigm.
