This work is intended to show how numerical simulations of CBRNe events can make people aiming at predicting scenarios and trying to prevent losses of lives be aware of the consequences of such contingencies. On the basis of the results, safety measures and emergency plans could be implemented before the occurrence of one of those events. So the aim of this study is to create an experimental model on the basis of a database of CFD simulations, that runs in a few seconds on the field and that is based on simulations of detail and not of very approximate semi-empirical relationships (such as Aloha or other commercial software). The experimental model it is able to operate on a light, versatile and smart platform. Furthermore, it does not require the use of high calculation resources and is able to provide results only a few seconds after the insertion of 3 simple input data: wind speed, release speed of the contaminating agent and release quantity of the contaminating agent.
