This method conceived from Doctor Casartelli, allowed us to utilize this technology in the day-to-day activity eliminating also the anaesthetic use, so give the possibility to operate patients with anticoagulant therapy. Moreover the mini-invasive techniques allow a lowering recessions, best tolerability from the patients, less pain and postoperative inflammation, “restitutio ad integrum” of tissue without morphological modifications.
