The paper presents the action-research activity developed in the training courses in "Industrial Engineering and Management d'Impresa" at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, offered in e-learning mode with the collaboration of the IaD School (www.scuolaiad.it) and funded by the Ministry of Economic Development. The elements of innovation identified at the start of the training offerings were only partially confirmed by the research, which instead highlighted other aspects that are functional for adult learning and that should therefore be taken into account both for the purposes of educational redesign and in terms of university educational policies.
Il lavoro presenta l’attività di ricerca-azione sviluppata nei percorsi formativi in “Industrial Engineering e Management d’Impresa” dell’Università di Roma Tor Vergata, offerti in modalità e-learning con la collaborazione della Scuola IaD (www.scuolaiad.it) e finanziati dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico. Gli elementi di innovazione identificati ad avvio dell’offerta formativa sono stati solo in parte confermati dalla ricerca, che ha invece messo in evidenza altri aspetti funzionali all’apprendimento degli adulti e che vanno dunque tenuti in considerazioni sia ai fini di una riprogettazione formativa, sia in termini di politiche educative universitarie.
