We report 6 cases of solitary brain metastasis from bladder carcinoma. Although systemic metastases from this cancer are frequent, central nervous system metastases are rare. Analysis of our material and of published cases shows that the tumor is resistant to therapy and the prognosis is consequently very poor. © 1993 Kluwer Academic Publishers.
