Eosinophilic fasciitis is a rare connective tissue disease characterized by progressive, inflammation-driven thickening of the skin and soft tissues, along with laboratory abnormalities [1]. Diagnosis is based on clinical, imaging, and biopsy findings. Pediatric onset is uncommon and can be different to that of adults, therefore presenting with diagnostic challenges [2].
