Poteri del pater familias e dominium: storia di una discontinuità

The criticism of current law aimed the limits of a owner-centric vision, in the sense that it places private property (as ius abutendi and ius excludendi) as a central legal scheme in the forms of belonging in contemporaneity. The historiography reconstruction has been oriented to grasp in terms of development and derivation the idea of ​​dominium from the powers of the pater familias (or from one of them). Instead, a line of discontinuity is highlighted that will open new interpretative lines.
