Congenital idiopathic clubfoot is not an uncommon condition. The treatment of congenital idiopathic clubfoot is controversial, infact the determination of the optimum treatment has been hampered by the lack of long-term follow-up studies. In the present study we analyzed the longterm results of two particulary cases;these cases permit us to reject the concept of disability from treated clubfoot, whatever the choice of the treatment may be, surgical or conservative.
