Ciencia, tecnología, antipoesía. El lenguaje científico en la obra de Nicanor Parra (y su traducción)

In this article we face the presence of scientific language in the work of the chilean poet Nicanor Parra (and in its italian translation). First of all, we will describe Parra’s job, as a phisician, as a scholar and as a University professor of Science subjects. Then, we will underline the great importance of scientific and technological issues and language in its poetic “revolution”, that he carried out during his long literary career and that we can observe in his so called Antipoems, lyrical compositions in which, actually, exact sciences and their lexical repertory represent Parra’s strategy to subvert poetic traditional conventions.
