This article deals with the problem of the identity of human beings in all the phases of their biological development from the point of view of philosophy of law. The author investigates to find out the answer to the question if the common human identity can be attributed to those who will be born.
L’articolo affronta sotto il profilo filosofico-giuridico la questione relativa dell'identità umana in tutte le fasi del suo sviluppo biologico. L’autore si chiede e argomenta una risposta al quesito se possa essere attribuita all’uomo che nascerà o nasciturus la comune identità umana.
