Roman Law followed two paths of development in the history: one path is in the West and one path in the East. The first is the most studied, but the second has developments that allow us to better understand the profitable and important dialogue with the coun- tries of Eastern Europe, with Eurasia up to the bridge that the Roman system has built with Chinese law and the new Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China.

Abstract
Roman Law followed two paths of development in the history: one path is in the West and one path in the East.
