We present as severe test of the properties and possibilities offered by the ex-situ preparation of hig-Tc superconducting thin films starting from precursor films grown by magnetron sputtering from a single mosaic target : (Y-Er)BaF2Cu. We compare the characteristics of our thin films with those reported for films prepared in-situ. Advantages and disadvantages of our method of preparation are put in evidence with respect both to physical properties and patterning.

Abstract
We present as severe test of the properties and possibilities offered by the ex-situ preparation of hig-Tc superconducting thin films starting from precursor films grown by magnetron sputtering from a single mosaic target : (Y-Er)BaF2Cu. We compare the characteristics of our thin films with those reported for films prepared in-situ. Advantages and disadvantages of our method of preparation are put in evidence with respect both to physical properties and patterning.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
