The data collected -- deep underground at the Gran Sasso National Laboratory of the I.N.F.N. -- by DAMA/LIBRA--phase2 over 6 independent annual cycles with a software energy threshold of 1 keV (total exposure of 1.13 ton x yr) have confirmed the evidence of a signal that meets all the requirements of the model independent Dark Matter (DM) annual modulation signature with high confidence level. This DM investigation giving rise to a model independent evidence requires corollary analyses on the nature of the DM in the Universe in form of relic particles; thus, various scenarios are summarized here toward the enlightening of the Dark Universe.

Abstract
The data collected -- deep underground at the Gran Sasso National Laboratory of the I.N.F.N. -- by DAMA/LIBRA--phase2 over 6 independent annual cycles with a software energy threshold of 1 keV (total exposure of 1.13 ton x yr) have confirmed the evidence of a signal that meets all the requirements of the model independent Dark Matter (DM) annual modulation signature with high confidence level. This DM investigation giving rise to a model independent evidence requires corollary analyses on the nature of the DM in the Universe in form of relic particles; thus, various scenarios are summarized here toward the enlightening of the Dark Universe.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
