Roberts Abstract Studiamo la struttura delle 2-C∗-categorie chiuse per coniugazione con centri non banali, i.e. ad ogni oggetto A della 2-C∗-categoria `e associata una C∗-algebra commutativa (ιA, ιA). Mostriamo che per una generica coppia di 1-frecce ρ, σ lo spazio delle 2-frecce (ρ, σ) ha una struttura di fibrato di Banach e ne descriviamo le propriet`a rispetto alle operazioni categoriali ⊗ e ◦. Studiamo il problema dell’esistenza di soluzioni standard per le relazioni di coniugazione. Utilizziamo i nostri risultati in due esempi concernenti fibrati di algebre di Hopf e algebre di Frobenius. Abstract We study the structure of 2-C∗-categories closed under conjugation and with non-trivial centres, i.e. to any object A of the 2-C∗-category is associated a commutative C∗-algebra (ιA, ιA). We show that, for a generic couple ρ, σ of 1-arrows, the space of 2-arrows (ρ, σ) has the structure of a Banach bundle and we describe its relations to the categorical operations ⊗ and ◦. We study the problem of existence of standard solutions. We use our results to describe two examples concerning bundles of Hopf algebras and Frobenius algebras.
