For many years, universities provide information about the degree programs through the Web. The solutions are many and each requires certain technologies as well as human resources management and organization of data to be published. Often, information on degree programs consist of static HTML pages, stored on web servers. Currently, for the achievements of websites, are widely used CMS (Content Management System) software tools that allow even inexperienced users to publish pages and content. This abstract aims to present a multiuser web dynamic application, hereinafter indicated GCLU (Management Degree Courses University) that aims to enable teachers and administrative staff to publish easily accessing information on a university degree program in accordance with the current ministerial regulations. For the realization of the software GCLU we have been used many current technologies. In particular, for the server-side application it has resorted to the Java language, for client-side HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, MySQL 5.0.45 for the management of databases and Apache Tomcat 7.0 as a Web server. HTML5 and CSS 3 are the languages on the client side will be based on the Web in the coming years. They are compatible with many modern browsers and mobile devices. These technologies allow you to obtain a cleaner code, dynamic interfaces more functional and richer content. The GCLU software, then, is designed and built to be compatible with popular browsers of the latest generation, such as Microsoft Explorer 10:11, 12 Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. GCLU software is used to manage Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree courses in Computer Science, of University of Rome "Tor Vergata". The website address is http://www.informatica.uniroma2.it.
