Problemi di finanziamento delle funzioni assistenziali: un’analisi del caso della salute mentale

The study faces the financial issue for mental health organization and regional level, after a short examination of the modalites currently in being for the pubblic health service. In particular the study analyse all aspects related to the integration between health service and social service and the difficulties that new disposition, contained the decree n.229/99, are facing for the areas of territorial services. Moreover, the study offer a deep evidence of the current model ploblems through the first results a search completed for a departement of mental health of Rome (AUSL RM C), which represent an example of the inadequancy of a current financing model.
