Valutare le buone prassi del volontariato

The volume presents the work of action research carried out within the project "Future in Avis: good practice and peer review" in order to support the deployment of a voluntary act of quality, based on evaluation practices conscious and rational objectives associations. The text lists the key moments of the long journey that has involved more than sixty seats donor associations of Avis Tuscany and ends with the indicators that have emerged so that they can be used by all those who, aware of the importance of the donation, aspire to a volunteer not only good, but also quality, and conscious to the end of the role social, educational and cultural place in a context of continuous and complex evolution.
