The paper focuses on choices for restocking retailers and food-and-drink outlets. It aims at identifying the main variables affecting the strategy, the transport service and distributor types for restocking, such as the characteristics of shop (e.g. number of employees) and deliveries (e.g. frequency, time, freight type, quantity).
