The design of a telescope devoted to infrared and millimetric differential measurements is described. The optics are well corrected for aberrations, either in the on-axis or in the off-axis configurations, for tilt angles ∼1° of the secondary mirror. The diffraction pattern at large angles is calculated as a function of the surface quality and the in flight background at ballon altitude is estimated.

Abstract
The design of a telescope devoted to infrared and millimetric differential measurements is described. The optics are well corrected for aberrations, either in the on-axis or in the off-axis configurations, for tilt angles ∼1° of the secondary mirror. The diffraction pattern at large angles is calculated as a function of the surface quality and the in flight background at ballon altitude is estimated.File in questo prodotto:
